Membership should feel considered from the first conversation. Here is how we intend to welcome you, learn what matters and make the first connections easier.
The founding programme is being developed. This is our proposed service journey, rather than a confirmed calendar or a membership agreement. The announced Calgary launch is December 1, 2026. Exact inclusions, calendar, price and terms come before a commitment.
BEFORE YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEGINS
We should get to know each other.
- Your introduction. Share your experience, interests and practical availability. Keep your confirmation reference. There is no payment or automatic approval.
- A real conversation. Braydon discusses what you would enjoy, what you could contribute and whether the circle suits you. Qualifications, your track record and two references are reviewed privately before an invitation. Character, contribution and practical participation matter in every route. Exited founders are welcome.
- A considered invitation. If the fit is right and the programme is ready, we agree your circle, participation calendar and start date. You receive the exact offer, inclusions, conduct standards and cancellation/refund terms before deciding.
- A clear commitment. Your annual-upfront or agreed quarterly schedule is recorded in the signed terms. Itemised Mentor Bnb Inc. invoices precede verified e-transfer or wire instructions. Quarterly payments remain an annual commitment. Cleared funds are reconciled, then your membership is activated separately.

Delivery details are collected privately after acceptance. The package is a one-time joining inclusion, rather than an annual merchandise allowance.

We seek up to three relevant introductions in your first 30 days, with both people’s agreement. Personal contact details are shared only with consent.
A warm arrival.
We agree a suitable dinner from the confirmed calendar. Your host helps with introductions, seating and a guided conversation. No one is required to share personal information they would rather keep private. Visiting members plan around their Calgary availability.
Keep what matters going.
We follow up after your first gathering, then check in quarterly. What worked, who you would like to see again and how the circle could better fit your life.
The first 30 days start with the agreed membership term. Timing depends on the confirmed calendar, your availability and mutual consent to introductions. A specific relationship or business outcome cannot be guaranteed.
THE RHYTHM THROUGH THE YEAR
Make room for the good hours.
Calgary membership proposes a recurring circle around 12 monthly hosted dinners. Visiting membership proposes a compatible recurring circle around four planned Calgary dinner visits. Both formats are in person; a virtual chapter is not promised. Both include personal onboarding, a compatible circle, private community, considered introductions and quarterly host check-ins.
Optional local gatherings may bring activity charges, disclosed before RSVP. Our ambition is two optional, separately priced signature journeys a year, with further departures following demand. Selected experiences and journeys may welcome partners, with clear availability and additional charges. Travel is optional and separately priced. Transport, accommodation, personal extras and guests are outside the annual membership unless the final offer expressly includes them.
No membership term starts on the strength of an unfinished calendar. Your invitation will explain the actual delivery, booking and cancellation arrangements.
